Where Do I Find My Tracking Number?

You will receive your tracking number:

• In your shipping confirmation email

• Inside your order confirmation page

• Or by logging into your customer account (if you created one)

If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

🚚 Tracking Updates

Australia (Domestic Orders)

Your tracking will update once your parcel is scanned by Australia Post.
Delivery time: 3–8 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express).

International Orders

Tracking may take 48–72 hours to start showing movement.
Delivery time: 7–21 business days (standard) or 3–7 business days (express).

Customs delays (if any) are outside our control.
