What materials are used in your products?
Our products are made from genuine mulberry silk – never satin or polyester. Each product description lists exactly what it is made of, including the silk weight (momme).
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted on the terms set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Current estimates are on our Shipping & Returns page, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we ship tracked to the USA, New Zealand, the UK, Canada and Singapore, with more countries coming soon. International shipping is $12.95, or free on orders over $120. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
